Trapped in this place.
I want to crawl out of this town
Out this house
Out of my skin.
It's just a camouflage
I'm trying to show you who I am,
But it's so hard under all these layers,
The me inside, it's so outstanding
She just can't get through
I swear baby, I swear she's trying
But this outer shell is a hard girl to break,
Built a long time ago
To shelter that vulnerability
So scared of that town
So scared of that house
So scared of her skin.
Her skin a map of her past
My skin, I want to get out.
And I'm screaming,
But all you hear is a whisper.
One day you'll find me

You’re just a hit and run
And I’m fucking done.
I guess best friends forever
Means best friends for awhile.
You cling to me like a bloodthirsty tick
But you’re dead to me.
Pointing the finger at everyone else
But you’re the only one to blame.
Didn’t you notice how you can’t keep friends?
You’ll never have me as the one who’s always there again
You ruined that a long time ago.
And just to let you know
I hope this breaks you
Because you deserve some suffering.
